Staffordshire UK – smARTebusiness, the UK based
digital marketing agency, announced the release of their
innovative estate agent SMS product smARTleads. This
new service allows estate agent to service potential
buyers 24/7. SmARTleads is a service that allows each
property on the market to be queried via text message.
Each property has a unique code on the property sign
that allows potential buyers to text to find out more
about the property.
Announcing the new service, Mark Hammersley, Director
of Operations for smARTebusiness said “smARTleads
is a great add on for Estate Agents as it helps buyers
qualify themselves by quickly letting the buyer know
if the property has some of the basic attributes that
they need. The buyers can quickly see whether there are
enough bedroom and if the property is within their price
range”.
In order to improve the service smARTleads smARTebusiness
worked closely with leading Estate Agents to develop
best practice processes to provide successful implementation.
