through the medium of text (SMS).

The ‘Find Out More’ software allows an advertisement
to push the viewer to the next step. This captures the
interest the advertisement induces in the consumer and
allows for follow up. For example advertisements in a
magazine can have the following words in their content.
‘To find out more simple text the word Diamond
to 60300.’
The ‘Find Out More’ software then captures
the customer’s mobile phone number and the sales
team can follow up and help the customer understand more
about the product. The software also sends back a text
message telling the user a URL where they can buy the
product online.
