How it works from a buyers perspective.

A buyer walks past a property they like and notice it is for sale. On the property for sale sign they see a board attached to the bottom stating ‘for more info on this property text ABC123 to 60300’. The buyer then types in ABC123 and sends this to 60300, immediately they receive a message back stating

“250,000 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate dining area, south facing garden, for a viewing ring 01865778899 Smiths Estates”

This text costs the buyer 50p for the information received.

How it works from an Estate Agents perspective

An estate agent logs in to the management area and enters in the properties that they have currently for sale, each property is given a 6 digit code. Once a property is added into the system a board is added to the for sales sign with the 6 digit code for the property on it. Boards are available from smARTebusiness and are attached using cable ties.

Once the boards are up the buyers start texting in. The estate agent can then see in the management area
i) Which properties have been texted about,
ii) The mobile phone number of each interested buyer
iii) The time of the text.

The estate agent can then follow up with the buyer by ringing the mobile phone number that texted in the query.

There is no set-up charge and no ongoing fee.

Estate agents use the software as much or as little as they want to.

smARTebusiness only takes a fee from the text message that is sent to the customer. Text messages cost 50p per text plus the normal network charge.

The boards that need to be attached to each for sale sign can be reused and are available from us. Price depends on the size you need and type of signs you currently use.
